Medicare Part D
On November 15, 2005, you may choose a Medicare Part D policy.
This policy will require you to pay a monthly premium (average premium is $32).
Premiums are deducted from your Social Security Benefits.

Silver Card Members:
The SilverRxCard will end December 31, 2005, and will be replaced with the new
Gap Assistance Program for Seniors (GAPS). GAPS will provide state
pharmacy assistance to supplement the new Medicare prescription drug coverage
for Seniors. To receive GPAS coverage, you must enroll in one of the
following plans:
